This policy explains what personal information SpaCCor ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, client portal or services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Information we collect
- Enquiries and requirements forms: your name, phone number, city, property type, budget range, room details and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Project and billing details: your site address, email, GSTIN (if you want it on an invoice), estimates, agreements, invoices and payment records.
- Client portal: your login email, an encrypted password, designs, progress photos and messages related to your project.
- Site photos and drawings: images and measurements taken at your property so we can design and build.
- Payments: online payments are processed by our payment partners. We receive the payment status and reference number. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV, PIN or UPI PIN.
- Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange site visits and prepare estimates and designs.
- To deliver your project, send progress updates, invoices and receipts, and honour your warranty.
- To contact you on phone, WhatsApp or email about your project. With your consent, we may also share offers or news. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep our systems secure, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
- To publish a review or project photos only with your permission.
WhatsApp and email
We may message you on WhatsApp using the WhatsApp Business platform, and by email. Messages about your enquiry or project are service messages. Reply STOP or tell us if you do not want promotional messages.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Payment partners (such as Razorpay or Cashfree) and banks, to process payments.
- Messaging, email, hosting and software providers that help us run the business, under confidentiality terms.
- Our own site supervisors, designers, vendors and installers, limited to what is needed to do your job.
- Government or legal authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up with you. Project, invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and company law. Warranty records are kept for the life of the warranty. After that we delete or anonymise data we no longer need.
Security
Portal access is protected by a password, and the admin system is limited to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in to the client portal and to protect forms from abuse. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
Your rights
You may ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold, correct it, erase it (where we are not required to keep it), or withdraw consent for marketing messages. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
