No, there are no additional charges to the quoted price. We offer transparent quotes with no hidden design, handling and project management fees.

We do not accept materials purchased by clients. In terms of sustainability, the longevity of SpaCCor products is paramount. A fundamental principle is that the longer a product remains usable, the more it aligns with economic principles and the lesser its environmental impact. We utilize top-grade materials from our factory and provide a standard warranty for all our offerings.

Before you place the order all the requirements are fed to the system, and accordingly, the quote is generated. We do not charge on per square feet basis but based on the actual material that it takes to build the unit. We can change the requirements and the colours before the materials for the order are placed. Once ordered, we do not take any request for change.

We prefer to send all the material in one trip if site conditions permit. Normally if you have other subcontractors like civil, false ceiling etc working in site, we prefer to send shutters and accessories at the time of installation.Normally a typical interior or carpentry team will do the work in two phases. The carcass will be procured, manufactured and assembled first. After this, the measurements for the shutter will be taken and the same process will ensue. This is generally done because the carpenters are not confident to give the shutter measurements in the start itself.But, we at SpaCCor do everything in a single shot and that reduces so much of time.

SpaCCor offer a 10 year warranty certificate on any manufacturing and material defects. We also offer free after sales service for any alignment and usage issues for one year as per norms.Also, we offer an option of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) to maintain all our installations after the free service period of one year.
