How much does the site visit cost?
Nothing. We measure, photograph your home and note your requirements for free, with no obligation to continue.
Is the quote fixed?
Yes. After the design is approved you receive an itemised quote with GST. The price changes only if you ask for changes to the scope.
How long does a 3 BHK take?
Most take about 35 to 75 days after design sign-off. Your handover date is written in the contract.
Can I do just one room?
Yes. A single kitchen, wardrobe or bedroom is quoted on its own, and you can add more rooms later.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every handover includes a written warranty. The warranty terms for each item are listed in your quote.
How will I know how the work is going?
You get progress photos and updates on customer portal every week during the build.
